Shipping is simple: free on every order in Ireland, with no minimum spend.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders in Ireland.

Processing times

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 14:00 (CET/CEST) on a working day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

After processing, delivery normally takes 4 to 6 working days (Monday to Friday). Overall, you can expect to receive your order within 5-8 working days of purchase. Delivery times are indicative and may occasionally vary due to courier delays.

In any case, as provided for by art. 61 of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo), delivery will take place no later than 30 days after the order is concluded.

Order tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch. If tracking has not updated for more than 5 working days, contact us and we will look into it straight away.

Changing your address

Need to change your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible via the contact page. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 working days, contact us. We will open a claim with the courier and, if the order is lost, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
